New Patients at Revive Family Chiropractic
Welcome to Revive Family Chiropractic ! In our warm and friendly practice, you’ll quickly know that you’ve come to the right place to get on the path to hope and healing!
To save time, we invite you to download new patient paperwork from our website and bring it in. You can also download and fill out your paperwork online before your appointment. If you choose to do so, please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment.
Our new patient process includes two visits. Here’s what you can expect at each:
The First Appointment
On day one, Dr. Ly will have a consultation with you, talk about what’s going on, what happened, and how you got to your current state. Then she will perform the following:
- Exam
- Scans with CLA INSiGHT™ Subluxation Station
- Any orthopedic tests that might be warranted
Please allow up to an hour for the first visit.
The Second Appointment
This visit is the report of findings. Dr. Ly will go over the scans and results and discuss your care plan, which may include exercises and supplements to take. You will also receive your first adjustment at this appointment.
Specializing in gentle TRT
The primary method Dr. Ly uses in the practice is Torque Release Technique. TRT employs a light touch and low-force thrusting by hand, or a small, handheld instrument called the Integrator™.
Dr. Ly will also present her proposed care plan at this visit and financials so you know what costs to expect. We encourage you to bring in your spouse or other family member so Dr. Ly can discuss the aspects of your care, including costs, with both of you present.
This appointment takes about 30 minutes.
We are a cash practice and accept credit cards. Medicare is also accepted.
